What is average life of composit veneers

I had done direct composit veneers in my 4 front teeth. And I am so afraid that it will fall. I can't eat out of fear. Please tell me if it fall then does it will fall whole veneers or it can chipped my real teeth with it and then fall. Sorry for my bad english I hope you understand my question.

whether u go for veneers or composite build up.. we ask patient not to bite directly from that tooth... and don’t be scared .. just relax and try to be normal ...

Direct composite do not fall come off very easily. If the veneer comes off we can fix it back if it is not damaged. Natural teeth don’t fracture due to veneers.
Please avoid biting hard things from your front teeth.
