I want to know if there is something like asthma medication chart like thing. I am 17 year old girl and recently diagnosed with asthma. I am taking different medicines and for emergency I have been taking some different medications. If there is a chart like thing it will be easy to understand the progress of my disease.

there is nothing like a chart but depending upon the severity of breathlessness we grade asthma.

Dear I think where u live there must be lot of dust ,or pollen grains.. etc. The best thing is to avoid allergen.. Leave the place if u can. Move to other location. If not possible u can wear face mask when u move out.. in cold asthama triggers. So keep a check.
