Hello Docs, what could be this on my lips?? I don't smoke, appeared maybe 2-3 days back, no pain, no fever

If your are talking of the small white spots these are normal saliva gland openings and nothing to be bothered .There seems to be a small blister on the lip. That too should go away in a week to 10 days.If it doesn't please visit a dentist.
