I am a 47 year old man and I have been experiencing palpitations without any reasons for the past one week. I am constantly restless and my BP spikes every time I think about something. I don’t understand the phenomenon. I would like to know what causes restlessness in adults. I am constantly worried about something or the other these days. Someone please help me.
