Hello, I am a 44 years old man. For the past few weeks, I have feeling tightness in my chest and periodic pain in the chest area. I also feel a lot of other symptoms and I am scared all of it is a sign of the coming heart attack. I want to know what are the heart attack symptoms and what all can be done to avoid a heart attack?
