What are the causes for ewing's sarcoma in a 18 year old girl? can it be hereditary? Is it due to certain hormonal changes happening in the body? Is ewing's sarcoma curable? Can any kind of food also lead to this problem? What should be avoided for prevention or progression?

Ewings sarcoma occurs to genetic changes in her body. It is not heriditary. Not related to hormonal changes. No food or no preventive measure is helpful. Finally it is curable.
