I am a 48 year old lady, with severe stomach ache since 2 days. I have been told to have spleen enlargement after being hospitalized for the same. What are the symptoms of spleen enlargement so that I can correlate? Will this problem keep on building up and can it be fatal?

there are no symptoms of any organomegaly. mild pain in left side of abdomen may be present, vomiting and decreased hemoglobin
