Western blot indermediate

My western blot is indeterminate but RNA PCR qualitative and quantitative and 4th generation and elisa is negative after 9 months of exposure What to do now .. should I rely on RNA PCR and 4th generation and move on or do i need to worry about indeterminate result generated by western blot
