Weird visual distortions

Ive been seeing these rotating patterns wherever i go for 2 days now and im usually a very anxious person but for the past 2 days ive had weird feeling a calmness. I dont know how to explain what i see but it looka like shining a light through a curtain with patterns on it. I do no drugs but i have seen this while on LSD about a year ago.i am sober
