Hi
Lets resolve your issues one by one
Firstly I would like to know your age
Floaters can be due to number of reasons but as your retinal exam is normal so I believe that there is some amount of liquefaction of vitreous ( which is a fluid present in front of retina) and leads to such problems
Treatment for floaters: as the fundus was normal the best treatment would be to ignore it , use potassium iodide drops 2 times per day. It has been found useful in some cases but if still you want to go extreme then vitrectomy can be done. Though I would not recommend it . Take multivitamins
Fear of retinal hole: Did you get an intraocular surgery, trauma or you have high myopia
If not then only floaters would not point out towards having retinal hole. Do you experience flashes of light
Also a normal retinal examination should absolve this issue
Seeing a dot while you close your eyes. It is an entopic phenomenon and is normal . Sometimes you are able to see circulation
Anxiety: Relax first of all . Thinking about it is not going to change the situation
