Weird sensations

2021-06-20 06:12:07
It's been a month since I recovered from covid and my complications are making me worried. I started feeling heart palpitation at the very start, so I did my ECG and thyroid and my report was normal. Since past few days I'm feeling internal vibrations in my left hand, which shifts on to right hand, neck, jaw and cheeks sometimes. Also I'm feeling some lightheadedness & pressure around my head since yesterday, there is less pain but it feels like weird nerve sensations. My Potassium & magnesium reports were also normal and test was taken around two weeks back. Please help I'm scared Is it something serious?

Please nothing to worry I think you are having some panic attacks and relax yourself and go for early morning walking and take your regular food and try to consult any general physician at your local area and if you want you can contact me so that I can help you giving the counselling and medications

It's just anxiety. Post covid weakness lingers for about 1-2 months and then eventually subside with proper medications and care. Continue taking multivitamins and proper rest. There's no need to worry.
