Weird raised dark bumps organized finger

On the backsides of my fingers; except my thumbs, on both hands, I have a discolored brownish, callous-type, peeling, slightly raise, skin bump. They are on each finger on the top IP joint, about the diameter of a pen cap. Weird that they look so organized! Is this something I should worry about. I’ve have had them for a year now and they never get better or anything?
