Weird mark on leg.

Hi i got hurt in my leg when i was walking against a table but I'm not sure if the marks that i see now are because of getting hurt. It will be helpful if I can know why these marks are there on my leg. Please help.

hello It appears as bruise as your saying that u had injury then mostly that is bruise dont worry it will come down by its own . nothing do for it
