I have had this for almost a year. Recently its surrounding skin is turning red. Should I be worried?

This is sebaceous cyst. Looking at the margin it seems it might be infected. It does not spread to other body parts neither it causes any problems. Show it to a plastic surgeon near you for antibiotics if needed. It can be removed after sometime.
