Weight of 3 month baby boy is 4 kg. It is less than standard. His Hb is 9. Kindly suggest what we can do to increase his weight.

lots of factors are to be taken into consideration. what was the birth weight, what feed are you giving, what are the other reports..etc. u need proper pediatric consultation.
