Weight not decreasing

My height is 5'8" my weight is 90 so i want to reduce it from last 2 months but it is not reducing so tell me reason for that ; i am pure veg non drinker also also i left all spicy or heavy foods etc ; i am curremtly taking telplus as bp medicine from last 2 years and nuroday d3 from last 4 months as deficient in b12 and vit d so tell me is this due to medicines or anything else :

Only diet will not  help ....diet along with exercise is important Also avoid high calorie intake Take more protein foods,high fibres in diet.. Take proper diet chart from dietian if you really want to work on your weight. .diet with 1,500 to 1,800 daily calories is appropriate
Next Steps
start your exercise with brisk walking for 20-30 min..then gradually increase to jogging,etc
