Post delivered i have lost more weight from 47 to 41 within a year i am working, i am feeling tired always, have leg twitching while sleeping again i got pregnant i have heart palpitations are this a cause of any problem?

Your description is not clear. Are you pregnant again? Please get your CBC done. If you are pregnant again then you should consult a Gynaecologist in your area for Antenatal examination.
