My kid 3 year old was suffering from urine infection from November 5 till nov 15. He is fully recovered now. But has lost significant weight, has lost appetite, he has weakness and is irritable. Pls suggest good and effective over the counter tonic or home remedies for- 1. Weight gain 2. Appetite increase 3. Immunity increase 4. Strength increase He is 95cms tall and before infection weight was 13.5kgs now he is around 12.3kgs.
