Try this diet plan...it's a one week plan
Day 1 : eat only fruits like melons and other fruits but no banana and mangoes
Day 2 : only vegetables but no potatoes
Day 3 : can have both fruits and vegetables but no banana , mangoes and potato.
Day 4 : Have only chicken if non vegetarian .. have soya or other sources of protein if vegetarian.
Day 5 : have only milk and banana
Max 3 glass of milk and Max 6 banana
Day 6 : only vegetables and chicken or soya
Day 7 : fresh fruit juice and fruits but no banana and mangoes.
* Drink plenty of water 3 litres per day.
* Low salt diet.
* Avoid
sugar.
* Avoid tea and coffee.
* Avoid cold drinks.
* Can drink clear soop at any anytime.
* Can drink ORS if feeling dehydrated.
* Do this for a week only can be repeated after a gap of 6 week's.
* Go for jogging in the morning and evening everyday.
* Do some physical exercises on a regular basis.
