My weight is 70kg now. I'm trying to lose weight through exercise.. But i have few health problem like knee pain and hip pain. Please suggest some diet and exercise ideas

Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for detailed diet plan for you.
