Weight loss at least 15kg

I stay in pg in Bangalore so mainly my deit include rice and related stuff. I have to lose at least 15 kg weight in 2 months. I work in a company so sometimes I have to eat outside also along with my team. Can u suggest me with a proper deit plan and exercise that I can follow to reduce my weight

Limit less healthy, simple carbohydrates such as soda, excess fruit juice, cake, candy, ice cream, pies, cookies and doughnuts.
