My weight is continuously increasing.I had gone through surgery,chemo, radiation & now hormonal therapy is going on since 4 months .Tamodex & shelcall medication is there. I want to lose weight.can I take apple cider vinegar ? Honey and lemon with lukewarm water If yes suggest me how I can take and when and quantity

You can take these things. There is not restriction for these. For dose and all am not the right person. Maintain physical activity and diet modification Is the only thing I can advice.
