Hi I m Saurav kumar and my age 21 yrs ..actually I m having appendix surger this week so you tell me that after how many days I wait than I start eating weight gaining suppliments to regain my original weight ...I am very much thin and skinny guy.

Ask your surgeon when you are able to exercises or walking. Take high protein diet and balanced nutrition will help you to gain weight. Don't take any supplement for gaining weight. Do in natural way.
