I have weight issue no matter what i do it keeps on bouncing back. I cannot diet due to sedentery routine and due to low energy level and muscle weakness excercise is also not managed. have irregular periods like 2-3 times in a year. my concern is that everyone says that medical treatment will lead to adverse effect and only excercise and diet is solution. Is it true or medical treatment is required? i am really confused. I have been in touch with many gynae who had put me on metformin and contraceptives but nothing helped and now also conditions are same. kindly help totally confused on this health issue
