Weight is low.
My son is going to complete 1 yr on 11 June. But his is only 8.8 kg. He does not want to eat any food or even cerelac. Moreover now he has cough and cold. So I want to know what type of food shall I give him to increase his weight and also which formula milk shall I give him now.

His weight should b around 10 kg, include khichri, Dalia , mashed n boiled aloo, paneer n egg in his diet. It vil help him in gaining weight, a proper diet schedule should b maintain regularly, so u may consult me directly for ur son’s dietary guidelines
