Now my weight is 59kg . I do 45 min of walking every day. I want to gain weight I want to become 70kgs how much calories I should consume in a day keeping in account o walk 45 min a day

You must have Vaata body type. U can gain weight easily if you work on two things 1.digestion system 2.relax mind As vaata body has tendency of bad digestion and High anxiety/restless patterns.
