Weight gain - long dosage of SSRI

Hi I have been taking SSRI for more than 6 months. My wt has increased by 8 kgs in these months and especially in last 2 months most of the increase after starting Escitalopram oxalate 10 Aripiprazole 2.5 . I drink water 3 Lts. Anything else I can do ?

It would be possible with SSRI after long-term use. Regular exercise and avoiding fatty food would help
