Hello, start with 45-60 mins of exercise or walking and also eat healthy. Cut down all junk, sugary and fried foods. Include 2 snacks between meals which are fruits and vegetables, nuts etc. In the main meals include a lot of protein such as pulses, dal, curd, eggs etc and reduce the intake of carbohydrates.
