I’m having pcod ,I’ve currently taken a break from treatment for 2 months to see how things are going without medicine.past 2 years I have noticed I have gained 5-6 kg ,was 50 before and now 56. I go for workout at least 4 days in week. I don’t gym but I go for Zumba,functional yoga,hot boot camp but I don’t see change in my weight ,inches wise yes I see change but weight is as it is . I’m 21 so I don’t really diet. I don’t eat much junk if I do then that’s mostly wheat pasta or lays once week
