Hi m 27 yrs female my wt is 35 kg. N my hight is 157. Plz help me for weight gaining. Plz give me the right diet chart

A well balanced diet i.e good amounts of macro and micro nutrients along with diet rich in first class proteins will help in healthy weight gain by building muscles and not fats. Also alongwith diet, strength training exercise  is equally important. 2kg weight gain per month is ideal.
