Hello Doctor, My son old 3.5 months and completely in breast feeding.But the problem is he isn't gaining weight from last one month,he weighs 6kg. Can you please give suggestions Doctor. He does 6-7 pees and 2-3 stools everyday.. And during night while he sleeping he won't pee.. Please help me out Doctor.. Thanks in advance.
