I am having headache , weekness and tiredness since last 2 days ..had covid 4 months back.. Unable to understand what this is ?? Please help what should I do fever on thermameter is showing as 98.6 to 99.

U might b having a post covid symptoms if u feel feverish take dolo650 thrice daily for 3 days .hydrate well and take rest . More over eat healthy
