please get your eyes testing done twice a year.use specs as per prescriptions. use lubricant eye drops 2to3 times daily and rub ocupol dx eye oint twice daily on lids take tab methyl cobalamine 1500.iu.daily keep the books or screen or mobile atleast 35.cm.from eyes.
