Weakness since 4months

2022-03-05 18:05:28
I'm unwell from aug 2021. I got covid in the month of aug and gastritis in sept and unfortunately dengue in the month of November. It's march now and I still feel extremely weak. I'm a dentist by profession and bcos of weakness I'm unable to continue my work. I've been to many doctors and underwent many tests and all reports were NORMAL. I thought I'm feeling anxious and started to do household work and yoga but still feeling weak.im not under any medication. Why I'm still weak inspite of taking proper food and vitamin supplements? What else should I do to get rid of this weakness ? Can we consider this kind of weakness as normal? I request u to kindly help. Thank u sir/mam.

It's very common after COVID and dengue. Drink ORS. Keep your self hydrated. Continue your healthy diet and vitamin supplements. Please don't take unnecessary stress. Please don't over think. Avoid spicy food. Start doing some physical activity (i know it's difficult but try ok) Keep your self motivated. There are many nutrition drinks available in power form these days  can consume that. Don't worry everything will be fine soon.
