Weakness in leg post covid vaccination

Hi, It's my 4th day after I got my first shot of covidshield. Post that i have developed muscle tenderness in my calf area and had joint pain along with fever. The fever is gone however, i am unable to put my body weight on my right leg. Should I be concerned? As a home treatment I using hot water bag to get some relief.

In some cases the body ache can remain  for 7-10 days. There is no need for much worry. Hot water bag is a good way to keep the pain at minimum. 
Next Steps
if the pain increases,  use a normal volini spray or have 1 tab of zerodol-sp , once a day for 3 days

Don't consume excessive medications as post vaccine body ache is quite normal. consume zerodol only if pain is unbearable
