5 days before, I had fever of 100 with mild cold and cough. I took nimpar(paracetamol 325 nimuslide 125) with ofloxacin 200 for 2 days. But after 2 days I had fever of 101. Then I visited doctor and got tested for typhoid, malaria and dengue and everything was fine Then I took dolopar 650 with marcef 200( cefixime trihydrate) for 3 days ( two doses daily). After 3 days, my body temperature is normal but I am feeling so weak that I just want to lie on bed. Is this normal to have weakness after 5 days of viral fever or there could be anything else?
