WBC is less and other problems

My father is 76 years Attached his reports. Low WBC count, hb, and RBC count. Anything serious? He is taking medicines for thyroid and prostrate since 3-4 years.

He is having low RBC, WBC and also his platelets are borderline. This is called as pancytopenia. His MCV is also high. Better to get his vitamin B12 levels and if low, just B12 supplementation should be sufficient to solve this issue. Thyroid abnormalities are also known to produce anemia, so Better to check TSH levels along with vitamin b12 levels.
