WBC level fluctuates between 4000-11000 in all normal humans and it is not something to worry about. It changes almost every other day. Burning sensation in abdomen is common and called as acidity. Any antacids is sufficient to treat that. Anxiety might itself cause stomach acidity and also shortness of breath. If you have anxiety problem then you should consult to a MD, Psychiatrist doctor instead of wasting your time anywhere else. Because they will be able to treat your condition in best way possible.
Next Steps
Take adequate treatment for stomach problem
Health Tips
Do not take anti- anxiety medicine without consulting with a psychiatrist.
