My daughter 2 years old Watery dysentery for second day Is it fine to give ofloxacin metronidazole and taximo dry syrup together? Already given enterogermina and zinc acetate before food

Hi. 3 antibiotics is too much for the baby. Watery stool will take 4-5 days to settle
Next Steps
If baby is active and passing urine adequately, nothing to worry. Give normal diet and plenty of liquids/ water
