Watery liquid flowing out from the wound

I had a wound in my leg couple of months ago and I did not visit the doctor but my wound healed. Since it started healing I have an itchy feeling until now. Yesterday I mistakenly scratched near the wound and I saw a small part of black colored skin got removed that covered my wound, until now a clear watery liquid started coming out. Do you think my wound is going to be ok or will it get worse
