Hello, patient name Bimal Seth . Age 81 female Suffering from kidney disease from last 15 years. Creatinine high . Presently 2.7 Last year it was 1.8. Water retention in legs. Swollen legs Difficulty in movement. Body is obese. Taking pain killers(ultracet) from long time due to arthritis and other bodyaches. Kindly suggest best remedy
