I've got it for months and it feels really uncomfortable when I take in more fluids, extra sodium is always bad. Tomatoes help a bit. I'M going to consult a doctor What foods can help right now.

You haven't mentioned type of fluid because even water is fluid and nobody feel discomfort after water intake ... Kindly resend to question with specificity.....
