I can understand your concern
It is quiet a normal phenomenon but not every one can do it .when you blow your nose, the pressure inside the lacrimal apparatus increases which causes tears to eject with pressure in the form of a jet . However, i would suggest you to consult a ophthalmologist in person for further evaluation .
