It is most probably a normal phenomenon, but it's better to get the opinion of an Ophthalmologist all the same to check the patency of the lacrimal apparatus.

If you put some drop in the eye and it comes into your nose ,your passage is open and don't worry about this thing. If drop doesn't come into mouth through nose then you need to consult for syringing .

Hello there , I can understand your concern It is quiet a normal phenomenon but not every one can do it .when you blow your nose, the pressure inside the lacrimal apparatus increases which causes tears to eject with pressure in the form of a jet . However, i would suggest you to consult a ophthalmologist in person for further evaluation . Best regards Dr. Anil Kumar Jain
