If the watering problem is persistent , it could be due to blockage in tear outflow in the naso lacrimal duct passage . you can try criggler massage -This is basically massag e of the tear duct to get it to open up and create a patent system for the tears to flow. To perform the massage, use your index finger in the inner corner of the eye over the nose , right beside the eye and roll the finger downwards over the bony ridge towards the nose. It is usually successful up to 1 year of age. If it doesn’t work you need to consult a local ophthalmologist who can do syringing and probing which is a minor procedure. Continue ciplox eye drops/ ointment while massaging as advised

Hello This could be normal phenomenon or could be due to lacrimal.passage blockage. She may need syringing and probing if lacrimal passage is blocked

It could be due to an partial obstruction in tear drainage pathway which is quite common in infants and early childhood. It gets corrected in most of the children on its own by the age of 1 year. But in some it takes longer time. If the symptoms are very frequent and assosiated with discharge it's better to consult an ophthalmologist.

Any other complaints like itching?? Sometime watering can happen in allergy also. If not severe u can leave it . If it’s severe u can take consultation in person with the eye specialist.

Hello , it can be dacryocystitis . A common condition in children . Usually becomes alright by the age of 1 . But if it continues it might need probing which is a minor day care procedure and that should solve the problem .

Watering in children can be due to many causes.
