I've been using water therapy for a couple months or so. Im doing this for beginning my diet. But my parent says it's bad.
When eating, every 2 or 3 spoons of food I drink 1 glass of water.
Is it bad to drink 1 glass of water every 2 to 3 spoons of food?
I wanna ask, how many water actually that we need to drink per day? what is the minimum comsumptions?
