Was diagnosed with bacterial infection in the urinary tract Bacteria-klebsiella pneumoniae Was under antibiotic medication for 2 weeks I have attached the medicine details. But still I have some pain.

If you use antibiotics for 2 weeks, and still having pain while passing urine, then for antibiotics for 7-10 days more; then do repeat Urine r/m and culture after 3-4 days of stopping antibiotics.
