Was diagnose with primary amonoria

Had been using coc contraseptive for the last 21 days but on 22nd day did not see any period bt on 24th that is it could hv been the 3rd day of period i started that day to see the period which lasted for 5 days.should i hv to extend the day of starting taking second  contraseptive cycle or i follow the initial one?
