I have warts on my face, since I have vitiligo I can't get it treated. Is there a way to treat it immediately or some home remedies that I should consider?

firstly we need to confirm if the eruptions that you have are indeed warts. because you have vitiligo , surgical removal of the warts can have a chance of developing vitiligo patches over the operated areas.
