There is a smal wart on my nose. How to remove it. I don't want it to be spread. It is protruding from my nose

Small wart over the nose can safely be removed by by laser or cryosurgical method. You need to consult a Dermatologist who is specialized in dermatosurgery. Usually procedure is quick and painless
