WART AND IT'S HURT, SPREADING

It's been 6 months and the wart isn't going, it's just growing back, now it hurts, I am using wartsrub- S paint - it minimizes it but not able to get rid of it and it's spreading on leg and other fingers. So what can I do to get completely rid of it ?
